Kefir and Flaxseed Colon Cleanse Recipe
This combination that we are about to present you might be difficult to digest if you have not consumed fermented food. So, you should start with small amounts and then increase a bit slowly. If you want to cleanse your colon, you need to do the following combination 3 weeks instead of breakfast:
First week: 1 tablespoon flax flour, mixed with 100 ml of kefir.Second week: 2 tablespoons flax flour, mixed with 100 ml of kefir.
Third week: 3 tablespoons flax flour, mixed with 150 ml of kefir.
You can also use either flax flour or grind flaxseed. Plus, in addition to this, you can get even better benefits if you consume at least 2 liters of water a day. However, bear in mind that you can only try this colon cleanse once a year. Good luck!
